Leb i Sol Group is a famous Macedonian fusion band. The first formation was founded by Bodan Arsovski, Kokan Dimushevski, Vlatko Stefanovski and Dimitar Chochorovski who was replaced by Garabet Tavitjan and Dragoljub Djurichich (1981),
In various formation, they existed since 1976. The current group has existed since 2007, and the last album “I taka nataka…” was recorded in the same year, featuring Dado Topich, well-known Croatian singer. The music of Leb i Sol is interwoven with Macedonian folklore, progressive and jazz-rock elements, for which he was known in the former Yugoslavia and beyond, almost all over the world.
In 2016, Leb i Sol created the project “Leb I Sol Symphony”, realized and performed with Macedonian Opera Orchestra and Student Symphony Orchestra from Skopje.In addition to performances in neighboring countries and Europe, they also performed in England, USA, Canada and Australia. In 2024 Leb i Sol released LP "Live in Constantinus" an album which was recorded live at the Constantinus Festival in Nish.
On their repertoire, they have the all famous songs from the first to the last album, starting with Marija, Devetka, Leb i igri, Galeb, Mandarina, Jovano Jovanke, Kako ti Drago, Ruchni rad, Bistra voda, Skakavac, Si zaljubiv edno mome, Aber dojde Donke, Raspukala Sharplanina and many others.
The current group members are: Dimitar Bozhikov on guitar, Kokan Dimushevski on keyboard, Bodan Arsovski on bass and Mihail Parushev on drums.
